My app isn’t displaying correctly

You can submit feedback or questions in the app’s menu. If you are unable to submit feedback or if you’d like to include a screenshot, feel free to submit a ticket. Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Your device type
  • Your device's operating system
  • Which app you're using
  • What happens when you try to open the app

Once you've submitted a ticket, we'll contact our mobile developers right away to report the issue.
